Often used on wood or as a topcoat over oil-based paints.
4. Alkyd Varnish (also known as Sambo paint): Made from medium oil alkyd resin dissolved in an organic solvent and combined with a drier. It dries fast, produces a hard, glossy finish, and is easy to polish. It’s heat-resistant but not very durable against atmospheric conditions. 8. High-Performance Varnish: Produced by Chengmei Paint, this coating uses fluorocarbon resin, ultra-weather-resistant pigments, and multi-functional additives. It comes in A and B components and offers exceptional durability, low pollution, and resistance to various environmental factors. It forms a dense protective layer that prevents concrete carbonization.
9. Fluorocarbon Varnish: Another product from Chengmei Coatings, this is a two-component, room-temperature curing varnish with fluororesin as its main component. It has superior weather resistance and long service life. It's suitable for protecting multiple coatings and substrates, including epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and fluorocarbon paints. It’s also used for metal, wood, plastic, ancient artifacts, landmark buildings, and imitation metal exterior wall coverings.
