1. Check the length of the track to make sure it matches the required size. If it's too long, carefully cut the excess part using a saw. Be cautious not to let sawdust get inside the track, as it could interfere with the smooth movement of the door.
2. Insert the folding door into the track while it is still bundled together. This helps maintain its shape and prevents any parts from shifting during installation.
3. Before proceeding, double-check the direction of the handle and the installation direction of the simple lock. Once confirmed, install the rail by screwing it in from the center outwards to both sides. After securing the rail, untie the rope that was holding the folding door in place.
4. Next, install the iron plate. Prior to tightening, make sure the magnet on the folding door is positioned correctly. Once aligned, secure the iron plate firmly with screws to ensure stability and proper function.
5. After all components are installed, test the folding door to ensure it moves smoothly along the track. Adjust the position or tighten any loose parts if needed. It's also recommended to clean any debris or dust that may have accumulated during installation for optimal performance.
