If it is not flat, it must be replenished with putty paint; If the local paint (repaired) will be different from the original color of the wall.

4. The quality of the door: Use a mirror to put it on the top of the door and the bottom of the door. Check if the paint is visible in places that are not visible at all. Especially the bathroom door, if the top and bottom of the paint is not fully brushed, over time, will cause premature rot at the bottom of the door damage. Check whether the security door is scratched, whether the door edge is deformed, whether the seal of the door and the frame is tight, and whether the door and the lock switch are flexible.

5. Windows: Window screens and sashes on sliding windows should feel flexible and non-collisional. There should be an anti-blocking cap on the window frame outside the window to prevent foreign matter from blocking and affecting drainage.

6. Sealing of doors and windows: Check whether the sealing of doors and windows is good, use a long piece of paper on the sealing point, close the door and press out the piece of paper to force out, and several times of tests can see whether the pressure of the sealing strip is even.

7. Electrotechnical inspection: The owner himself can purchase a professional electroscope and check it out according to the instructions for use.

8. Hollowing: Put a few layers of paper on the special steel needle hammer (10g) and strike the wall to check the hollowness of the wall.

9. Check the installation, openness, and sealing of the pipe: Shake the heating pipe and the water pipe with your hands and make sure it is firmly fixed. If loose, fix it again. Open the water valve to see if the drainage is smooth, and use toilet paper to wipe the bottom of the upper and lower pipes when the water is drained.

10. Radiator: A: There should be a vent above the radiator. When using it, it should be twisted to discharge the gas. If you can't move it, you need to fix it, otherwise the air doesn't come out and the radiator is not hot. B: Also note that the slope of the inlet pipe and the return pipe when the radiator is installed must meet the requirements, otherwise it will affect the heating.

11. Kitchen Flue: After extinguishing smoke with a paper roll, place it 10 centimeters below the mouth of the flue to see if the smoke rises to the mouth of the flue.

12. Pipeline gas: Put the smoked paper roll in the vicinity of the alarm device to see if the device is sensitive; the sound and light alarm will also close the air intake solenoid valve, if not, repair it in time.

13. Toilets: A: The toilets with windows in the corridor should be equipped with security nets. B: If there is no window, there should be ventilation holes. Vents are located below the ceiling. The socket closest to the vent must be a waterproof socket.
