First, the manufacturing of bearing parts involves machining, demagnetization, cleaning, and rust prevention. Then, these parts are assembled into complete bearings, followed by final inspection, demagnetization, clearance adjustment, and oil packaging. The bearing ring is one of the most critical components in an NSK bearing. Due to the different types of NSK bearings, the design, layout, equipment used, and techniques involved in ring manufacturing can vary significantly. The process of making a bearing ring is quite complex, requiring high precision. Therefore, the quality of NSK bearing rings directly affects the service life and performance of the bearing. When using a demagnetizer for NSK bearing products, it's essential to ensure that the demagnetization amplitude is as large as possible and that the amplitude decays slowly. Here are some important points to consider: 1. Avoid stacking the products during the demagnetization process. If they are stacked together, the outer products may interfere with the inner ones, reducing the demagnetization amplitude in the center. 2. Ensure the axis of the product is aligned straight with the magnetic field lines of the demagnetizer. Since the bearing product functions like an annular conductor, if its axis is parallel to the magnetic field, it acts like a short-circuit ring inside the demagnetizer. This creates a reverse demagnetizing field, which significantly reduces the demagnetization effect on the product. 3. Slow down the speed at which the product exits the demagnetizer. The demagnetization process occurs as the product moves out of the demagnetizer. If it moves too quickly, the magnetic field will decay too fast, resulting in insufficient demagnetization.
