**Data shorted test**

When the power supply and optical path of the optical transceiver are properly connected, the Rx/Power indicator on both the receiving and transmitting terminals should be orange (or green). If the Rx/Power indicators on both ends turn red, and return to orange (or green) when the short is removed, it indicates that the optical data section is operating normally and the optical path is correctly connected.
