It has been reported that the official standard for "Steel-Wood Interior Doors for Construction" will be officially launched during the Yongkang Men's Expo on May 26th. At the event, leaders from the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, along with officials from Jinhua Municipal Government and participating companies, will attend the launch ceremony. During the same period, the 2013 China Steel and Wood Door Industry Annual Meeting and the China Door Industry President Summit Forum will also take place, offering a platform for industry professionals to share insights and discuss future directions.
To further promote the implementation of the national industry standards for "Steel-Wood Interior Doors for Construction," the Steelwood Door Committee has decided to hold the first phase of the "National Standards for Construction Steel-Wood Interior Doors" meeting in Yongkang on May 27th. At this meeting, the main contributors to the standard will present and explain the national industry guidelines. The event will also focus on enhancing understanding of the standards through technical discussions and knowledge sharing, aiming to elevate the overall standardization level of the steel-wood door industry.
In addition, it is planned to organize a series of national standard publicity training and technical exchange meetings across key regions such as Guangzhou, Sichuan, Henan, and Xiamen. These events aim to ensure widespread awareness and proper application of the new standards throughout the industry.
The development and enforcement of this standard are expected to foster a more structured and competitive industry environment, characterized by consistent production standards and stricter entry requirements. This will not only improve the management efficiency and product quality of steel-wood door manufacturers but also encourage self-regulation within the Chinese steel-wood door sector, promoting sustainable and standardized industry growth.
