1. Stepper driver failure
Cause of failure: electrostatic discharge (poor working environment).
Remedy: First connect the PE in the electrical cabinet to the ground. If there is still a fault, the drive module will be damaged and replace the drive module.
Second, the motor stalls at high speed
Causes of failure: transmission system design problems.
Remedy: If the feed rate is 85% and the high-speed jogging does not block the rotation, use the broken line acceleration feature; reduce the maximum feed speed; replace the fire torque stepper motor.
3. The positioning accuracy of the transmission system is unstable
Cause of failure: mechanical assembly of the transmission system. The screw nut is not installed properly, causing assembly stress on moving parts
Remedy: reinstall the screw nut.
Fourth, the reference point positioning accuracy is too large
Cause of failure: The installation of the machine tool proximity switch or detection body is incorrect, and the gap between the proximity switch and the detection body is the detection threshold; the distance of the selected proximity switch is too large. ; The electrical characteristics of the proximity switch are poor (Note: The repeating characteristics of the proximity switch affect the positioning accuracy of the reference point).
Exclusion method: the installation of Yucha proximity switch; the gap between the machine tool proximity switch and the detection body (proximity switch technical indicators indicate the maximum detection distance, when the gap should be 50% of the maximum gap is appropriate); replace the proximity switch
5. The action of returning to the reference point is incorrect
Cause of failure: The machine tool uses a negative logic (NPN type) proximity switch (that is, OVDC indicates that the proximity switch acts, and 24VDC indicates that the proximity switch has no action).
Remedy: Replace the positive logic proximity switch (PNP type).
