Applications for cylinders include printing (tension control), semiconductors (spot welders, chip grinding), automation controls, robotics, and more.
(1) Normal working conditions of the cylinder: the medium and the ambient temperature are generally -20 to 80 ° C, and the working pressure is generally 0.1 to 1.0 MPa. See the various cylinder technical parameter tables for specific conditions.
(2) Before installation, the test shall be carried out under 1.5 times working pressure and no air leakage shall be made.
(3) An oil mister should be installed at the inlet of the installed air source to facilitate lubrication during work. Reasonable lubrication of the cylinder is extremely important, often resulting in creep due to poor lubrication, or even not working properly.
(4) When installing, pay attention to the direction of action, the piston rod is not allowed to bear eccentric load or lateral load.
(5) When the load changes during the stroke, a cylinder with sufficient output force should be used, and a buffer device should be added.
(6) Do not use the full stroke, especially when the piston rod is extended, do not hit the piston and the cylinder head. Otherwise, it may cause damage to parts such as pistons and cylinder heads.
