2. For steels with a cross-sectional dimension over 80 mm, the elongation, section shrinkage, and impact toughness may be reduced by 1%, 5%, and 5% respectively for sizes between 81-100 mm. For sizes between 101-150 mm, reductions of 2%, 10%, and 10% are allowed. For sizes between 151-250 mm, reductions of 3%, 15%, and 15% are permitted.
3. If the steel is forged or machined into a sample of 70-80 mm, the mechanical properties must still meet the requirements outlined in the table.
4. Delivery conditions include hot rolled, forged, or annealed. Cold-drawn steel should be delivered in an annealed or tempered state. For annealed steels, hardness should not exceed 241 for G20Cr2Ni4 and 29 for other grades.
