Disposal and illegal discharge; Wu Huailin and Xing Lanyue of Zhangzhou Jinshun Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. have illegally discharged the company's production wastewater without treatment.
The above two diamond enterprises are seriously polluting the environment. According to Article 55 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, if the organs and relevant organizations provided by law initiate a lawsuit, the People's Procuratorate of Wucheng District of Zhangzhou City will support the prosecution.
