Jake's journey with Sherex began in 2014 when he joined the team after completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo. Since then, he has rapidly climbed the ranks, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States. In this capacity, he oversees both national and international accounts, focusing on heavy truck and eMobility applications—a role he continues to excel in today.
Throughout his tenure at Sherex, Jake has been an integral part of the fastener community. He has actively participated in various initiatives through organizations like Pac-West and NFDA, and he served as president of the Young Fasteners Professionals from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Jake became a member of the NFDA Board of Directors in 2022.

Residing in Colorado, Jake enjoys outdoor activities such as volleyball, camping, snowboarding, and spending time with his dog, King. When asked about receiving the award, Jake humbly expressed his gratitude: "I'm deeply honored to receive this award. I want to thank everyone in our industry family for their support and encouragement throughout my ten years at Sherex.
