Everyone knows that if there are impurities and dirt in the breaker pipeline, it will enter the crushing pliers clamp. The piston, oil cylinder and reversing valve matching gaps of the crushing pliers clamp are all matched according to the wire level. Once the impurities enter the crushing pliers clamp, it will soon cause the crushing pliers clamp piston and oil cylinder to be strained and stretched!

Today I will tell you the steps to follow before installing the crushing clamp:
1. After the breaker hammer pipeline is installed, first close the breaker pipeline shut-off valve on both sides of the forearm! Then let the excavator operator start the excavator, set the accelerator in the mid-range position, and press the breaker hammer foot switch in the cab with your foot. Note: release the foot valve every 1 minute, then press it for another minute, and then turn it off after intermittently for 3 to 5 minutes! At this time, use a wrench to slowly open the oil inlet shut-off valve of the forearm. Pay attention to the opening. Dongyi editor recommends that you stand on the back of the shut-off valve to avoid high-pressure oil coming onto your body and affecting your instrument. After opening, a lot of dirty oil will be sprayed out. Don’t be nervous. This is the dirt in the breaker pipeline mixed with hydraulic oil flowing out. After the hydraulic oil flows out, observe whether the hydraulic oil slowly becomes clear. Close the shut-off valve, and then follow the above steps to open and drain the oil return stop valve on the opposite side. If the hydraulic oil is still not clear, you can hit the excavator again and repeat the steps! It's fine until the hydraulic oil in the pipeline is clear!

2. The breaker hammer pipeline has basically become clear after the oil draining step. At this time, one step has just been completed. The second part strengthens the cleaning effect to ensure that the pipeline is free of impurities! Take out the breaker hose dispensed by the breaker manufacturer, use this pipeline to connect the oil and iron pipes at both ends of the forearm in series, and open the shut-off valves on both sides! At this time, the excavator is on fire, and the accelerator is still set to the mid-range position. Use your foot to step on the breaker and pedal valve, release it every 1 minute, stop for a short time for 5 seconds and then continue to step. The intermittent period of stepping on the pedal valve is only three to five minutes, and then the shut-off valves on both sides are closed. At this time, the impurities in the pipeline are completely gone. After oil drainage, this time, the impurities after large circulation are filtered by the excavator filter element, and they are basically clean. Then the two-way pedal valve is installed and it can work normally.
3. After the above two steps, you can connect the breaker hammer oil pipe to the excavator. Before the crushing pliers starts working, you need to check whether the hydraulic pressure on the breaker hammer pipeline is standard. The specific pressure depends on the model of the crushing pliers you choose. Then apply butter on the butter mouth of the lower cylinder. Remember to hammer for 2-3 hours a day and then beat the butter once every time, and then hit the butter gun for 15 times each time!
