Rigidity and concentricity are two critical factors in the design and performance of bearing equipment components. The shafts, housings, and other parts that support bearings must have sufficient stiffness to prevent deformation under load. If these components deform, it can cause misalignment, hinder the rolling elements from functioning properly, and lead to premature bearing failure.
To ensure structural integrity, the housing should be thick enough to withstand stress. When a bearing is mounted on a cantilevered wall, the overhang should be minimized, and reinforcing ribs should be added to increase rigidity. For example, lightweight alloys or non-metallic materials may be used for certain applications, while steel or cast iron liners can provide additional strength where needed.
When two bearing seats are mounted on a single shaft, their bore holes must maintain high concentricity to avoid excessive deflection between the inner and outer rings. The best practice is to machine both holes simultaneously using a single housing. If bearings of different sizes are installed on the same shaft, the housing hole should still be machined at once, with a liner used to accommodate the smaller bearing.
In cases where the two bearing holes are in separate outer casings, the shells should be combined during the boring process to ensure proper alignment. This helps maintain the required concentricity and prevents unnecessary wear or misalignment.

Garden Light
Garden lights are outdoor lighting fixtures that are specifically designed to illuminate gardens, pathways, and other outdoor spaces. They come in a variety of styles and designs, including post lights, spotlights, wall-mounted lights, and hanging lanterns. Garden lights can be powered by electricity or solar energy, and they typically feature energy-efficient LED bulbs. They are an essential element of outdoor decor, providing both functional illumination and aesthetic appeal. Garden lights can be used to highlight specific features of a garden, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and enhance the overall beauty of an outdoor space.
