I. Formula design defects
The main reason: the molecular weight of the material system is too high, and the oil absorption is not enough;
Solution: 1. Reduce the molecular weight of the system; 2. Appropriately increase the oil absorption.
2. Process defects
The main reason: SEBS/SBS ​​oil filling is not enough during material processing;
Solution: Increase the oil filling time. The high and low molecular weight SEBS/SBS ​​should be separately filled with oil when used together.
3. The molding temperature setting is unreasonable
The main reason: the low temperature material is not completely melted;
Solution: Raise the temperature to completely melt it.
Material moisture absorption
Main reason: the material is not dried and contains moisture before use;
Solution: Use after drying.
V. Doping nozzle material
The main reason is that the proportion of the nozzle material is too high, the nozzle material contains miscellaneous materials, and the nozzle material contains moisture;
Solution: Reduce the proportion of the nozzle material, do not mix the nozzle material containing the impurities, and the doped nozzle material should be dried.
Color matching
The main reason: improper selection of color / toner will also lead to poor product surface;
Color/toner is incompatible with the system, or the proportion of addition is too high;
Solution: Select the color/powder with better dispersion effect, choose the color/powder compatible with the system, or reduce the addition ratio.
