On July 9, 2015, the Australian Anti-Dumping Committee made an anti-dumping final ruling on PVC flat cable originating in China: (1) Dongguan Chongxing Cable Co., Ltd. did not dump the products involved in the export of the goods in Australia, thus terminating the anti-dumping against the company. (2) Guangxi Guilin International Wire and Cable Group Co., Ltd., Guangxi Guilin Xianglong Wire and Cable Co., Ltd., Guangxi Guilin Feilong International Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. and Aoning Electric Cables Co., Ltd. dumped the products involved in the export of Macao. However, the dumping margin is less than 2%, thus terminating the anti-dumping investigation against the above-mentioned companies; (3) the damage caused by other Chinese companies to the Australian export products to their domestic industries is traceable, thus terminating the anti-dumping investigation against other Chinese companies.
In November 2014, Australia initiated an anti-dumping investigation on PVC flat cables originating in China; in January 2015, Australia made a positive preliminary ruling on the case.
