Tianjin Binhai New Area Binhai International Stone Port Phase I was completed

Abstract Recently, the first phase of the Binhai International Stone Port in Tianjin Binhai New Area has been completed. As the largest and most comprehensive stone market in North China, it is set to officially open at the start of this year. The project spans a total area of 1,300 mu (approximately 867,000 square meters) and includes over 540,000 square meters of construction space. The development is planned in three phases, with the first phase covering about 148,000 square meters, including a processing plant of 13,000 square meters. The stone port is designed with five major functional zones: a large board and decorative stone display and trading area, a cultural stone and special-shaped materials section, a carving and stone craft exhibition and trading area, a marble and granite storage and processing zone, and a block material yard, processing center, equipment and maintenance products area, as well as dedicated trading spaces. Once fully operational, the port will serve as a one-stop comprehensive stone market, integrating trade, processing, design, construction, warehousing, logistics, and supporting services. It is expected to significantly boost regional economic development and promote the stone industry's growth in northern China. With its modern infrastructure and diverse range of services, Binhai International Stone Port is positioned to become a key hub for the stone industry in the region.
