When the electrolysis tank is used for welding the soft bus bar and the large bus bar, due to the strong magnetic field affecting the welding quality of the conventional argon arc welding, a series of blackouts are often required to complete the welding operation. In order to solve this problem, the test uses the advantages of exothermic welding to realize the electrolysis cell busbar welding.
In the early stage of the test, Ailigao Company and Beijing Lingtai Company combined the company's electrolyzer structure, designed and manufactured welding molds, and provided materials such as fluxes. During the field test, the technicians of the two companies guided the installation and sealing of the mold and the determination of the amount of the flux, and performed welding. The test results show that the test mold is designed and manufactured reasonably, and the heat sink welding can be used to achieve the busbar busbar welding. The test basically achieves the intended purpose.
