3. Use a wire cutter to adjust the height of the bonnet on the lever mechanism, and adjust the front and rear of the valve. After adjustment, check with the above method until the seal line is eaten well.
Second, install high-pressure solenoid valves and sensors.
1. Install the sensor plunger, spring, outer casing and sealing ring to ensure that there is no air leakage under the pressure of 20MPa, install the sliding resistor, and fasten the sliding resistor housing with the dowel.
2. Assemble the solenoid valve core, pilot valve and connecting pin into one body, check the gap between the valve core and the pilot valve should be 0.8 ~ 1mm, and make the valve core rubber block the small hole in the center of the pilot valve. Note: When replacing this component, it is best to use the manufacturer's complete assembly to ensure quality.
3. Install the valve plug assembly, spring, valve barrel and electromagnetic coil. When installing the valve cylinder, be sure to install the sealing ring to ensure no air leakage.
Third, check the first and second valve pressure, the three-stage valve seal and the idle speed solenoid valve.
1. Remove the first-level safety valve and the secondary pressure detection port plug, and install the test pressure gauges of 1MPa and 0.4MPa respectively. Install the pressure reducing regulator to be tested on the test bench, connect the high-pressure gas source not to be immersed at 20 MPa, and apply the leak detection fluid.
2. Open the gas source shut-off valve and the pressure solenoid valve to observe whether there is air leakage.
3. Detect the output pressure of the primary valve (should be in the range of 0.35MPa ~ 0.4MPa). If it is too high or too low, replace the spring or adjust the gap of the first stage spool.
4. Detect the output pressure of the secondary valve (should be in the range of 0.15MPa~0.19MPa). If it is too high or too low, adjust or replace the spring.
5. Check if the three-stage valve port is well sealed. When testing, adjust with the three-stage bullet-burning manual knob. If there is air leakage, adjust it by using the carbon paper imprint method as described in this chapter.
6. Close the three-stage valve and the gas source shut-off valve to observe whether the pressure of the first and second valves is stable. If the internal pressure drops significantly, the cause should be found to eliminate the leakage phenomenon.
7. Turn on the idle speed solenoid valve and turn the idle speed adjustment knob to observe the idle output air volume. If it is not normal, find out the cause and adjust it.
4. Install a three-stage diaphragm and a back cover to attach the diaphragm to the lever. Install the rear cover of the third-stage valve, insert the shackle, and tighten the shackle to ensure that there is no air leakage at the diaphragm. Finally, remove the pressure gauge, install the primary safety valve and the secondary pressure test. Note: Non-professionals must not disassemble and access the pressure reducing regulator.
