The measuring tube power meter flowmeter is a plug-in type throttling device, and the two pressure-receiving ports respectively obtain the total pressure and static pressure of the fluid in the center of the pipe, and thereby obtain the dynamic pressure at the center of the pipe. A differential pressure transmitter is then used to measure the volumetric flow of the fluid in the conduit.

1) The installation and detection principle of the Verabar flowmeter is shown in Figure 2. The five-valve group is used for switching between normal detection and cleaning. When normal detection, the positive pressure pressure-receiving valve V11 and the negative pressure pressure-receiving valve V12 are opened, the balancing valve V3 and the cleaning valves V21 and V22 are closed; when the cleaning is performed, the positive pressure is closed. The valve V11 and the negative pressure take-off valve V12 open the balancing valve V3 and open the cleaning valves V21 and V22. Valve V4 is welded to the fluid line for easy installation and maintenance.
The flow transmitter detects the central flow rate of the fluid in the conduit to obtain the instantaneous flow of the fluid.
2) The pressure tapping hole of the flowmeter is a large-diameter downward-hoof-shaped slit, the pressure-pressing pipe is simple, the medium is relatively static at the pressure-receiving hole, and impurities are not easily formed and accumulated under the action of gravity, and are not easily blocked.
3) The Verabar flowmeter can be cleaned on-line with medium-pressure nitrogen or steam to solve the problem of difficult cleaning after the meter is clogged.
4) The display instrument has various compensation and calculation functions, and can perform mathematical model correction on various influencing factors in the actual application process.
In this project, we used 5 test tube power meter flowmeters, which were installed on the four converter gas pipes and the gas storage cabinet mains. Due to the good stain resistance of the tube flowmeter, there is no blockage within one year after installation, the instrument runs stably and the data is accurate.
