1. Hazardous chemicals that are regulated by priority are hazardous chemicals listed in the “List†and dangerous chemicals that fall into the following categories under conditions of temperature 20°C and standard atmospheric pressure 101.3kPa:
1. Flammable gas category 1 (gas with lower explosion limit ≤ 13% or explosion limit range ≥ 12%);
2. Flammable liquid category 1 (liquid with a closed cup flash point <23°C and initial boiling point ≤ 35°C);
3. Spontaneous liquid category 1 (liquid that burns in contact with air for less than 5 minutes);
4. Self-igniting solids category 1 (solids burning in contact with air for less than 5 minutes);
5. 6. Each provincial safety supervisory department may supplement and determine the hazardous chemical class items and specific varieties under its jurisdiction that are subject to major supervision in accordance with the safety production status of hazardous chemicals in their respective jurisdictions.
