Jungle Machinery Named as Large Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Mould

Recently, Longkou Junlin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was rated as China's key backbone mold enterprise by the China Die and Mould Industry Association, and it was the only company that was awarded the "Key Large-scale Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Die Enterprise in China". Jungle Machinery is a member of the China Die & Mould Industry Association. This is the second time Jungle Machinery has won this award.

The mold industry is the key to the development of China's manufacturing industry. Mold design and manufacturing technology not only represents the level of production of industrial products, but also represents the degree of industrial development of a country. Since the evaluation of the "China's key backbone mold enterprises" started, the Junlin Group Project Office has attached great importance to it and has actively prepared materials and made declarations in accordance with relevant requirements. This was named China's key backbone moulding enterprise for large-scale aluminum alloy extrusion moulds, benefiting from continuous improvement and excellence of Jungle Machinery. Over the years, Jungle Machinery has continuously increased investment in research and development of molds, introduced professional and technical personnel, and updated processing equipment. Not only has it succeeded in developing various extrusion tonnage extrusion molds for Jungle Aluminium, but also independently developed large aluminum profiles. Extrusion mold computer management system, constantly updated the design concept, making the mold manufacturing technology to the advanced level of the industry, the product ranks in the forefront of the domestic industry, and promote the full development of the aluminum manufacturing industry of the group company.
