Alkali Lignin Modified to Produce New CWS Additive

Fujian Modified Plastics Technology Development Base has successfully developed coal water slurry additives with alkali lignin, water, melamine, formaldehyde and additives as raw materials. The dispersibility and stability of the new product pulping are good, and there is no “three wastes” discharge during the entire production process, which realizes the high value utilization of lignin.

The technician first uses the raw materials for the methylolation reaction, then adds the sulfonating agent, sulfonation at a temperature of 70° C. to 100° C. to obtain a sulfonation product, and then add a catalyst and an acid regulator to the reaction system. After the acid product is subjected to acidic polymerization, a chain transfer agent is added to continue the reaction to obtain a semi-finished product, and then an alkaline conditioner is added to carry out basic reforming to obtain a coal water slurry additive.
